*Concessions: must be paid before attending the first class and expire within 3 months. No refunds are available.

**Memberships: are paid by direct credit weekly, there are no contracts and can be cancelled at the client's discretion with 2 weeks notice. A membership holiday can be arranged with 2 weeks notice for periods greater than 2 weeks. For periods shorter than this make-up classes are available. Membership must be paid 2 weeks in advance. No refunds available.

Cancellation policy: cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.  Pilates Flow reserves the right to change pricing at their discretion.
