Pilates Private Taster
A one-on-one introduction to our studio, the equipment and the Pilates method. Please come 15 minutes before this session to complete an enrolment form and provide your medical history.
If you are seeking injury rehabilitation, this session will be taken by a registered physiotherapist.
Starter Package (3 private sessions)
Following the Private Taster Session, all clients complete a Starter Package of four private sessions. These sessions familiarise the client with basic Pilates principles and exercises on both the apparatus and the mat, and allow the instructor to learn about the client’s individual body and needs.
Having completed the Starter Package clients can choose to continue with Private Sessions or join the Apparatus Trios or Mat Sessions.
Apparatus Classes (maximum 3 per group)
Pilates equipment utilises a spring system that provides both assistance and resistance to a range of exercises. A maximum of three clients per session ensures that each person is under the constant guidance of the teacher as they work through a large and varied repertoire. We group clients at the same level so the speed and challenge of the class will meet their needs.
Pregnancy/Postnatal
Pilates is a safe and effective exercise for pregnant and postnatal women. Pregnant and postnatal Apparatus Trio sessions are a great way to meet other mums, or you can alternatively choose our Private Classes.
Therapeutic Pilates (with registered physiotherapist)
Following individual Therapeutic Pilates sessions, clients can progress to fully supervised small group (max. 3 people) sessions to continue their individual rehabilitation programme. Home exercise programmes are also provided.
Private Classes
After completing the Starter Package you may chose to continue with regular Private Classes or do occasional Private Classes. These classes will consist of a mixture of Apparatus and Matwork and you will work your way up the system of five levels.
Small Equipment and Mat Classes
Our open mat class offers an extensive introduction to the principles of Pilates with small equipment on the mat, suitable for all levels of fitness
