Our philosophy at Pilates Flow is to educate people to understand their body and how to move safely and efficiently through a varied Pilates repertoire. We aim to give clients the tools to apply good movement to their everyday life. By developing proper technique, you can retrain your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion – invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimum heath.

Pilates increases strength and flexibility as well as improving posture, stability and alignment. It emphasises concentration on smooth, flowing movement and proper breathing. You become acutely aware of how your body feels, where it is in space and how best to control its movement.

At Pilates Flow our small groups and individualised sessions allow you to work towards your own goals in a safe and supportive environment. Each session is guided by your teacher with close attention to alignment and movement quality.
