A one-on-one rehabilitation session that may use manual therapy as well as Pilates to address an injury.
Following individual Therapeutic Pilates sessions, clients can progress to fully supervised small group (max. 4 people) sessions to continue their individual rehabilitation programme. Home exercise programmes are also provided.
